Specialising within an intercultural management programme:
1st year, Acquire the fundamentals of management;
2nd year: Specialize in one or two of thirty different areas (Business consulting, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, etc.)

The first year is focused on advanced learning within the different fields of intercultural management through core modules.
The second year is used to concentrate on 1 or 2 options, and is also used for the writing of a Master thesis on a topic of the student’s choice.
Alongside core courses, electives and options, all students participate in 5 thematic seminars. These are key elements in the Master in Management programme, when students from 5 campuses come together.
